Relixhost is a hosting company. We require all of our members to view and read our terms and conditions regularly as these might change from time to time. These terms have been written just to make sure that everyone remains within the bounds and we have a healthy relationship between our clients.

We donot allow anyone to host any type of website which contains: adult content, any type of website which is targetted against someone, virus, malware, dangerous executables, illegal content, dangerous scripts. All users must make sure that the above mentioned type of content is not found within there hosting or there hosting account is subject to suspension/termination. In order to keep our hosting to an optimum level we ask all of our members to host very heavy and high traffic recieving on a dedicated hosting server or purchase a dedicated hosting for that website, this is only there so that everyone is insured a good service of hosting.

All members are adviced to make sure there hosting account is not running any type of scripts which could heavily bring load on our servers and bring the quality of hosting down for everyone hosted on that server. If you are deciding to run some kind of 24/7 running services on our servers then we advice you to contact us regarding it before running it on. We donot provide SSH (Secure Shell) initially, but we do allow it for accounts which are need of it with some additional fee. Anyone who has SSH enabled has to make sure he/she does not use it for any illegal purposes like attacking some other server or website with overload perl/php scripts. To track down any members breaking our terms through ssh we log all commands sent to our server through ssh.

Placing any copyrighted material/content on your website without having legal rights will result in an account suspension. We have all rights to suspend/terminate an account if required by law or the legal authorities. We donot tolerate SPAM in any case. If you are trying to mass email to alot of people who do not want it and might report it to the spam authorities, then we are sorry that we will have to suspend your hosting account because this could result in getting our mail server address blocked from all the major e-mail servers. Any attempt of placing any type of scam pages, password harvesting pages, hacking utilities on your hosting account will also result in your hosting account being suspending.

Everyone who has an account with us has the responsibility to keep his password at a safe place and not tell about it to anyone who he/she could not trust. We take no responsibility of hacked accounts, although we will try our best to let our client recover his password. We have a very secure system, however if the hackage was made through our system using some kind of method which was there because the lackness of our system, we will compensate for all losses caused.

We have placed a very good security package onto our servers, however if a time comes that your site is being attacked by SYN/DDoS attacks then we will first attempt to block them, if we will not be able to do that then we might have to suspend the acccount recieving those attacks so that hosting accounts of the other members are not affected. If the attacks are causing damage to our servers like causing extra load or excessive load then we reserve all right to terminate/suspend the hosting account under attack.

We try to make backups of the data present onto our servers weekly, however we take no responsibility of the data present on our servers. It is recomended that all members should themselves always keep back up of there data. All payments made to us regarding hosting is not refundable, we require all of our members to thoroughly check what they are purchasing and then pay for it. Incase of late payments some late payment fee might be added.

All clients/members are required to agree to these terms and conditions at all times to avoid suspension. Any attempt of violating these terms will result in account suspension/termination. Please review this page from time to time.
